This weekend I did something I haven't attempted since September of last year, nearly 100 or so pounds ago. I went to the pool and got in! It was what I expected. I sank like a bag of bricks. I no longer have my natural "floaties." It's a good thing, but now I have to start all over. I'm back to square one on my swimming lessons....A few positives: 1) I can actually touch my knees on the bottom of the pool and 2) I can hold my breath for a lot longer.
I'm not even sure where to start now....
